Your locality
We serve people living, working or injured in these localities:
Some locality names extend across district boundaries. This is a service-area list, not a street-by-street postal map. If you are unsure, give us the full address or Eircode; you can still contact the practice.
Making an enquiry
If an injury occurred at an industrial or commercial premises, include the estate name, unit number and employer or occupier. When recording the event, separate the task you were doing from the equipment, surface or vehicle said to be involved.
You do not need to have every document before calling. Explain what you already have, what was reported and what information remains outstanding. Avoid sending detailed medical records through a general enquiry form; ask the practice how to provide documents.
